The story.

Innquire started the way the best tools do — with someone tired of the problem. Eamon Berny spent five years working in hotels, the third generation of his family to do so. He knew the daily grind: the same questions answered over and over, service requests lost between the radio and a notepad, hours of manual work that left no time for the part of the job that actually matters — making a guest's stay extraordinary.

Worst of all was the silence — guests who never said what they wanted, so you never got the chance to deliver it. He brought the idea to David Ferreira Inacio, who had the computer-science background to build it. Working from their bedrooms in the UK, they turned a daily frustration into a product: an AI concierge that reaches guests wherever they are, an operational layer that lets nothing slip, and a back office that gives hoteliers their time back — to spend it where it counts, on the guest.

We're a small UK team, building fast, shipping what hoteliers actually ask for — because one of us has lived it.

What we believe.

Hospitable, not hospitable-coded

Software for hospitality should feel like the industry it serves. Warm, considered, and quietly competent — not just dressed in a serif font.

Honesty over confabulation

When the AI doesn't know, it says so and routes the question to a human. We will lose a deflection metric to keep a guest's trust.

Built to give time back

Every decision is tested against one question: does this free the team to deliver a better stay? If it doesn't, we don't ship it.

The team.

Two founders today — a hotelier and an engineer. More joining as we grow.

Eamon Berny
Co-founder & CEO

Third-generation hotelier; spent five years on the front desk before building the tool he wished he’d had. Leads sales, onboarding, and every demo.

David Ferreira Inacio
Co-founder & CTO

Computer-science background; built Innquire end to end. Cares about latency, evaluation, and an AI that doesn’t make things up.
