These terms govern your use of the website at innquire.uk (the "website"), operated by Innquire Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17057385), registered office 7 Browne Close, Brentwood, England, CM14 4WG. They do not govern use of our platform, which is covered by a separate Master Services Agreement ("MSA").

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Permitted use

The website is provided for general information about Innquire and to let you contact us and book demos. You may view and quote short passages with attribution and a link back. You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully, or in a way that harms Innquire or others;
  • scrape, harvest, bulk-download, or systematically extract content except as permitted by law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, or disrupt the website or its infrastructure;
  • introduce malware, or place excessive load on the website; or
  • reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the website except as permitted by law.

3. Information you submit

Information you provide through our forms must be accurate and your own (or submitted with authority). Do not submit anyone else's personal data without a lawful basis, and do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the contact form.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the website — text, images, illustrations, brand names, logos, and code — is owned by Innquire Ltd or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited quoting permitted above, no rights are granted to you.

5. Third-party links and embedded tools

The website links to and embeds third-party services (for example, the Cal.com demo scheduler). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. No warranty

The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Information on the website is for general purposes and may change; specific commitments to customers are made only in the MSA.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law Innquire is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the website.

8. The platform

Access to and use of the Innquire platform is governed by the Master Services Agreement and any order form or Data Processing Agreement agreed with the customer. Where those terms conflict with these website terms in relation to the platform, the MSA prevails.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
